No! We price our services based on volume. See the pricing page for details. The more units you send in, the more money you save!

By default our minimum inbound shipment quantity is 500 units. If you don’t reach that threshold then we will do our very best to send in a shipment for you at least once per month. If you need more frequent, low volume, shipments then please contact our support team to let us know.

We don’t charge a monthly fee! In fact, we cover to cost of portal software for every customer as our gift to you!
